| A minimum of two passengers is required. Pick up time at
Honolulu Harbor must be established at time of booking. Passengers not
available within 15 minutes after scheduled pickup time at the harbor
will be considered as "no show" passengers. |

A cancellation penalty of unused segment price will be applied to lei
greetings and transfers not canceled within 72 hours of arrival.
Baggage: Excess baggage of more than two pieces per person may be
charged at the additional rate of $3.00 per bag. Surfboards are charged
$12.00 each. Bicycles are charged $19.00 each. Oversized or overweight
baggage may also have an additional charge. Baggage liability if any, for
the loss of, damage to, or delay in delivery of baggage shall not exceed
$100 for any single piece nor $200 in the aggregate for any single
passenger. In no case shall carriers liability exceed these limits for cost
of repair, replacement or actual cash value. Carrier shall not be liable for
loss of, damage to or delay of delivery of any baggage which is not
acceptable for transportation. Claims must be filed with carrier within 24
hours of passenger arrival date and a written notice must be received within
30 days of arrival.
