Property Information: The Hilton Hawaiian Village Beach Resort and Spa has begun a major renovation and rejuvenation project, which will include: Tapa Tower renovations, Duke Kahanamoku Lagoon, and the construction of the Grand Waikikian. The construction of the new time share building (Grand Waikikian) is located on the other side of the 1800 parking and next to the Ilikai Hotel. The renovation is scheduled to be completed in the Grand Waikikian December 31, 2008.

Lagoon Tower and The Grand Waikikian Construction: The Lagoon Tower pool will be reconfigured with building of a new pool, entrance to the parking lot and relocation of the porte cochre to the opposite side of the building tower. This project also includes the building of the Grand Waikikian Tower. Effective through January 2009.
